XCOR is the result of a multi-year research and development project. Created specifically for use in our irons, the proprietary polymer material is bunny rabbit soft and off-the-charts explosive. Highly compressible, delivering more face movement and a colossal sweet spot.
As the blade length increases from heel to toe, the MOI about the shaft axis also increases, meaning it will take more force to rotate the club face to square at impact. To counter this effect, longer blades have more offset to allow the face to be squared more easily.
While a smaller head size allows for more workability, MOI and forgiveness increase with a longer blade length.
The wider the sole, the deeper the CG in the club, which creates a more dynamic loft and higher launch. A wider sole increases the playable bounce, making it less likely to dig into the turf.
The thickness of the top rail has the optigraphic effect of balancing the proportions of a club head.
